- Exercise.
- Meditate.
- Think happy, positive and optimistic thoughts.
- Pay your bills on time. Have integrity around money and all business dealings.
- Be kind; be gentle with self and others.
- Take vacations.
- Take time for yourself.
These will all contribute to raising your vibration and the vibration of others.
The more you and others raise your vibration, the faster and easier you will transition into the new universe.
