As one of the first speakers in this country teaching people about networking, I now find myself in a similar position again as I did then. At the time, it was a bit of a struggle. I had to explain what networking was and overcome the skepticism met at a time when networking was new to most.
No (or very few) formal networking existed at the time. When I first started a business network group in 1985, it was new to most. When I became a professional speaker teaching networking, I wanted to research the subject but only found one book on networking in print at the time. Now there are many.
Why do I find myself in a similar position now? As you can imagine, networking is not new. There are plenty of network organizations and groups to choose from these days. You don’t have to explain to someone what networking is so where does my challenge lie these days?
If you are someone like those original skeptics that I dealt with many years ago when trying to teach the concept of networking, you may realize that over time new ideas become the norm rather than the exception.
The new challenge I have is now educating people on a way to expand their network to reach even greater heights. So we’ll see how many people here are broadminded enough to continue listening to this conversation. It turned out I was right on the money before when introducing networking to newbies. Now I will be sharing how to heighten your networking efforts to make them even easier and more fruitful.
Whether or not you are religious is beside the point, there is a realm of non-physical beings of light that also may include deceased family members who can and may contribute to your networking efforts.
Those that reside in the heavenly realm have access to all human existence and can ascertain who could be the most fruitful connections and clients for you to meet. They have the ability with their light bodies to not only know but contribute to making useful connections with and for you.
How do I know that? I have the gift of seeing and working with “the other side” and the normally unseen by the average person. Just because you may not see into heaven or another dimension does not mean it doesn’t exist. I can tell you it and they exist and are more than willing to assist us from where they exist.
I have numerous stories of their personal assistance in my life in helping me in a variety of ways including with my networking efforts. One that stands out, however, is when I was committed to only working paperwork that day and kept getting the message in my head to call Debbie. I finally broke my commitment to not get on the phone that day and called Debbie and have been grateful I did ever since. Debbie had an extra ticket to see a play. Amongst the group in attendance happened to be a woman with whom I became fast friends. She and I have networked together, done business together and have remained friends for now decades. That ideal contact couldn’t have been found by my efforts alone.
I, therefore, invite you to consider inviting “them” to be part of your network and enrolling their assistance in helping you get what you want in life and for your business.
They have proven useful to helping me gain new clients and contacts, as well as introduce me to the perfect and right people at a networking event I attend. However, they help orchestrate events remains a mystery but the end results are certainly beneficial. Just last week I attended a networking event and knew that the only person I needed to meet was the first one I met upon arriving. He gave me information that opened the door to meeting others as well as an organization’s meeting that would be useful to attend. I didn’t need to stay to meet anyone else but the event proved worthwhile by tuning in and asking if I should even attend. I was guided to go and glad I attended as well as grateful to not need to spend an entire night with people who would be an appropriate fit.
If you needed something and wanted to explore using your network to help you achieve your desired results, who would you ask? Usually you go to whomever you feel would know the most people or had the best/appropriate contacts.
The universal Source knows everyone. Accessing that resource has proven useful to me. Turning to the source of all for assistance in building my business or reaching the right person to assist or become a client, has been the easiest and most practical first stop network contact of all.
I wanted to have a new client and asked for one and then said, “Why stop at one, why not two!” and within a day I had two more people call me out of the blue who have become regular clients. I realize while saying this, that it isn’t always that easy. The problem lies in being clear enough within when making those requests to have the results you desire occur easily and effortlessly. Our thinking and unconscious beliefs may inhibit the results happening as quickly and easily, which is why I do the work that I do in clearing those blocks. The point is, however, that the possibility exists of growing your business through networking with people or “light beings” and both can prove extremely useful. Working with “the other side” has helped me open doors more effortlessly and for that I am grateful.
The team that exists, including those relatives I mentioned before, can be extremely helpful. Why not invite them to help and bring your networking to new heights?
