It is your part to receive. I cannot give you anything unless you are open to receiving it. As almighty as I AM, you are stronger than I am in this regard because you have free will and I honor that always. When you choose to receive, I give to you. When you block it and choose not to receive, I don’t as I honor who you are being in that moment.
Choose Me and I give to you gloriously. In those moments you separate from Me, you turn away in fear, in lack, in denial, etc., I cannot give to you because you won’t allow it. You have turned away from Me and I cannot give to you what you won’t accept. Deny Me and you deny all.
