All property retains the energy of whomever or whatever crossed its path. If something has never been cleared, it maintains the energy from the beginning of its creation or existence. That energy attracts like energy. For example, if there is a section of road that has had an accident, the energy of that accident can attract further accidents to occur there in the future.
In a home that has had arguments, for example, there is a negative effect on the home environment. That energy remains unless it is cleared. When you clear the energy, you free the space to attract better experiences for all.
Because we are never quite sure of everything that has ever occurred on a property, it is good to clear a property as soon as you purchase it or even before you know you will enter or cross it. A home that has been cleared in the past, however, still can benefit from a periodic clearing to clear out all harmful energies, including the negative thoughts that remain attached to it. It will improve the feel of the home and the experiences occurring there.
Homes sell faster and easier when they are cleared prior to going on the market. If you purchase a home, you especially want to have the energy of previous residents removed before moving in so you aren’t affected from their energies and especially any negativity.
Some people who do clearing need to physically go to the property. Fortunately, when I do a clearing, I can do without leaving my office because divinity does the actual clearing and my physical presence is not needed.
