While working with one of my executive clients today, we were clearing to help him prepare for a big client meeting. Besides clearing the karma between he and others in the meeting, I was also addressing what is within him that could sabotage the results. I could see that his subconscious or inner child was suppressing a negative past experience that he didn’t want affecting him. It was a painful memory that had been a challenge to release. Suppressing it was the way he coped and managed. The only problem with that is it took energy from him to do so. By having any negative memory within, it can attract negative results in some manner.
Using spiritual healing and some coaching, he was able to release the memory. We didn’t have to know what the memory was consciously. We just had to identify its existence and let it go. He then felt free and was able to focus more fully on the results he preferred experiencing.
As a society, we have a tendency to cope and manage with what life presents to us that is negative so we can keep moving and accomplishing. Unfortunately, it does not serve our highest good. The sooner we can let go of negative experiences, we are free to create a new more positive result.
