What are you dreaming about for your future? Do you dream about big things? Big changes? It doesn’t matter what you dream about having or changing. You can have what you want. But does what you want, want you? Are you going after things that make your heart sing or are they things you think you should want and have? So many of you want what you think you want but not what will really make you happy. Many of you believe things will make you happy. What eludes you is that things bring you very little happiness. Some of the most unhappy people are those with money to spend, and things they’ve collected but can’t figure out why they still feel empty inside. They are looking at what else could bring them happiness? What they are missing is God. God is the missing piece. When you have God fill the void, the stuff you collect no longer matters. You are fulfilled with very little and the joy flows because you have what you need.
When you search outside of yourself to fill this void with things. The things accumulate, but the void grows. Search inside for the answers you seek rather than in the things you seek to gain to fill the void.
If, however, you truly want to have something because it makes your heart sing, then you will have the thing you want and it will make you joyous because it is meant for you as it is in tune with who you are at essence. Do the right thing, have what is appropriate for you. Dream of those things through the power of God within who provides all fulfillment.
