What is freedom to you, you ask. Well, from my perspective it is how we live on a daily basis. You choose freedom in your thoughts and actions or you do not. Freedom is a way of being, of coming from choice, of creating your life as YOU see fit and not adhering to the standards or views of others as they see fit. By adhering to their standards, you are not living freely, you are living by someone else’s view point. How often do you choose to live a life based on your desire, an innate desire? How often do you live a life based on the morals, standards, decisions and ideas of others? Mostly the latter it appears from our perspective. Your perspective is so limited in comparison. You view the world based on eons of decisions that others have made; ideas thought long before your existence. Now you make every effort to adhere to those standards and ideas of people long gone, eras long past and ideals that may or may not be appropriate to today or your particular life and what you are here to do. Once man decides to think for himself, and be true to himself, he will begin to experience what freedom really is for him.
