This was a message that came through to a client during one of sessions together. Because it was a useful message for all who have questioned whether God answers prayers, I am sharing it here. During my sessions I frequently identify the challenge people have in receiving. It isn’t that their prayers are not being answered, it is they have trouble receiving the answers to their prayers.
TRANSCRIPT
My dear child you have carried many burdens for many lifetimes. You have suffered greatly; worn and torn from that which you carry within. I’ve watched you struggle but hear me now as I tell you, you no longer have to struggle. I am here for you. I have always been here for you and will always be here for you. You do not have to carry one burden alone. Turn them over to me moment by moment and trust that I am here for you and will help you each and every step of the way. You only need to ask and trust that has been one of your biggest burdens.
The lack of trust blocks feeling worthy and deserving of my love and my ability and willingness to give to you to serve your highest needs at any time. When you learn to trust and really trust and surrender to me, I take you by the hand I hold your hand as tightly as you need and I give to you beyond measure. It is your blocks to receiving that often stands in the way of my ability to give to you what you really want and need. Your lack of trust has kept us apart. You want me in your life and yet you hold me at bay due to feelings of unworthiness at some level. Please allow me to take that unworthiness from you because you are worthy beyond measure.
I created you. How could I have created someone that would not be deserving of my love, my care and appreciation? It is only of self judgment that you block receiving that love and those gifts from me. You judge yourself too harshly my dear; you always have. You’ve been too hard on yourself.
Allow a soft pillow to lay your head upon at night and receive the love and warmth of my embrace. Trust that I am here for you always in a moment’s notice. Whenever you need me, ask me for what you desire, but receive with open arms knowing that you are deserving. Know that I love you and would not deny anything to you, unless it was not for your highest good.
But you, my dear, must also allow your highest good to come in and serve you and feed your soul. Allow me to nurture you, provide for you and give to you the only way I can with the good of all in mind. I trust you will hear these words with gladness in your heart knowing that I love you. I am here for you, and I deny you nothing. I’ll leave you now to continue clearing with Joy, any blocks you have within.
