When doing a healing session, it is sometimes too painful for the client to actually relive through their memory or emotion what they previously endured. Therefore, they are sometimes protected against feeling the emotions that are surfacing when going into their past lives. In order for the feelings to be addressed, however, they are sometimes felt by me to identify and include in the process. There are times that instead of the client crying, I will shed their tears. During the session, I feel what they felt during a particular lifetime so I can help clear that lifetime. Some of my clients, as have I, have experienced some dreadful and overwhelming experiences. The good news is when these memories are released, they no longer suffer those emotions which have been buried in their subconscious. Although those emotions may have been buried, they still would have had a negative effect on them this lifetime. Once released, they are more free.
