Children need to play. They are tired of being directed all the time. They need to relax and experience joy in their lives. They are under a lot of pressure to perform these days. They are struggling to keep up with the joneses even at a young age. They need to be themselves. They have come into this world to be who they are meant to be and not a replication of you and what you want for your life as a parent. They are not necessarily meant to succumb either to the standard teachings of this planet and your various cultures because that is restrictive by nature.
They are here to live, to teach, to learn, to inspire. They are meant to be whom they are meant to be by divine guidance. Yes, you must teach them safety. Yes, there are rules to adhere to to a certain extent. But the need to control children stifles them. If you allow children to be, they can be divinely guided to do and behave exactly as they should. They don’t require your guidance as much as you believe. They come into this world with a natural antenna. What society does is often squash their natural ability to trust the guidance they receive. When they start to receive mixed messages, they become confused and follow the loudest direction.
Inner guidance is soft and gentle. But children as a whole are not allowed or encouraged to trust that inner guidance. They are told to listen to their parents and their teachers. But inner guidance comes from above where they are divinely guided to be true to themselves and their purpose in life.
Their well-meaning parents, however, take their trust in themselves and their higher power away from them because they teach them to conform to society taking away their ability to trust themselves. Someones the ability to trust themselves is one of the most important tools to success.
Please help them be who they are and meant to be this lifetime and stop trying to control them to mold them to your idea of what you think they should be. Let them be who they are and are meant to be.
