Why do you wait for change? Why not live as if all was exactly as it should be. You project into the universe your dissatisfaction by desiring change. Ask the universe for a new opportunity, situation, etc., but then leave it alone for the universe to orchestrate. Choosing something different to create is fine. Focusing on the dissatisfaction of today is detrimental to your health, wellbeing and success in the now as well as your future.
Be at peace where you are, suggest to the universe the outcome you wish to create for the future and then let it go. When you truly let it go, you will be free to be inspired and guided to the next appropriate step to manifest that which you desire.
When you live in dissatisfaction and focus on that and that you are unhappy with your lot in life and desire change, that demonstrates in frustration and dissatisfaction, that will draw more dissatisfaction to you and the idea of waiting for something outside of you to change.
Let it all go. In letting go, you allow for the highest and best circumstances to arise in the most ideal way.
