I wasn’t educated on the inner family until I started studying spiritual healing. The inner family includes the conscious mind, but also the superconscious mind or high self, as well as the inner child or subconscious mind. I want to focus on the high self for this post asking the question “has your high self been fully integrated?”
This is the part of you that lives in Heaven that chose to be born this lifetime. They chose your parents, what you would work on such as clear as far as karma is concerned, what you wanted to accomplish, achieve or provide as service. They are your reason for being. They had assistance in making those decisions, but if it weren’t for them, you wouldn’t have been created. God, of course, had to agree and support the choices.
Ascension
They are the part of you that helps you move from the third dimension [3D] to the fifth dimension [5D]. They help you with your overall ascension.
But, how integrated is your high self? If you are mostly intellectual and ego based, you will be shutting out your high self. I have frequently done a spiritual healing process with clients where we help the high self integrate more into the body to empower that client. It is somewhat like moving from high school to college or college to adulthood and into the workforce. You are letting go of more immature behaviors and beliefs replacing them with more mature, knowledgable and confident aspects of the self. This gives you a leg up on life. Your high self knows and sees more. Integrating them helps you tap into those details easier.
I have seen people, however, where the ego doesn’t allow the high self to integrate. If the high self came here to achieve certain things and your conscious mind is resistant, those high selves can leave and find another body to achieve their desired outcomes. You do have free will. So do they. Your body is the vehicle and the passengers are those who want to participate on the planet to affect change or experience certain results. If the vehicle [body] is driving in the direction they want to go, they jump in and stay. Or, they may leave. It depends on who is driving the car and if they are taking it in the direction they prefer to go or not.
Case Study
There was a recent case where someone had an extremely high purpose and mission this lifetime. The high self left because the conscious mind ego was so big in the vehicle [body] he was in. He left because that vehicle was not taking him where he needed to go to accomplish his desired outcomes. The man got a new high self more congruent to his ego. His current high self became one of his own past lives. He incarnated into his body. That individual was apparently available to replace that body’s high self to be congruent on the path the conscious was choosing. The high self that had a high purpose was then free to fulfill his purpose in another way without wasting time going in a direction that didn’t serve his goals.
Some people have received what is referred to as a walk-in. In some scenarios we have cleared the high self who was of a lower energy to replace them with a high self that was of a higher energy so the person could achieve even better results this lifetime. It is fascinating to see dynamics that were never taught growing up but are a significant part of life.
It is the high self of someone that often comes to me requesting assistance. It is often the high self that inspires certain action or explains what needs to be cleared in a session to help the client evolve, ascend and improve life.
I feel a noticeable difference when either Archangel Michael or Faith speaks through me. Even before I knew who was my high self, I remember feeling that I got a new one. That was the day when the switch occurred when Archangel Faith left and Archangel Michael came in. I didn’t realize who my high self was until Michael announced to me that I was him incarnate. Up until that point, I was giving most of my attention to my inner child because she carried the negative memories I was trying to clear. She was the part of me that manifested. But the best manifesting comes when the entire inner family is integrated.

Integrate your high self:
- Invite your high self in.
- Ask them if they are male or female.
- Ask what their name is.
- Begin acknowledging their presence if you haven’t already and start getting to know them.
The high self has a wealth of information. When fully integrated, you will have more clarity and confidence and you can achieve goals with greater ease.
